Two ways to reach us.
Educators, settings, students, researchers and policy makers first, because that is who this site is written for. Families are answered on the same page, in the second form.
Visits, research, collaboration and speaking
Tell us what you are working on and we will come back to you properly. Visits are by arrangement, and we would rather show you the ground than describe it.
Asking about a place
Both settings are currently full, so this is the list for future years. Tell us your child's year of birth and roughly when you would like to start, and we will tell you honestly where things stand.
Where we are, and when to come.
Both settings are in the countryside between Tuam and Galway city. Visits are by arrangement rather than by drop-in, because the day is outdoors and there is nobody at a desk.
Newtown, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Co. Galway. Tusla TU2015GY199. [VERIFY Eircode]
28 The Granary, Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Co. Galway. Tusla TU2015GY198. [VERIFY Eircode]
By arrangement, for families and for educators from other settings alike. Ask in either form above.
Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 6.30pm. [VERIFY hours]
No email address has been confirmed for the setting yet. [VERIFY before launch. Do not publish a guess.]
Abbeyknockmoy, Tuam, Athenry, Claregalway, Corrandulla and the villages between them. [VERIFY the catchment with Sharon: these are the towns the search data points at, not a list she has given us.]
Both phone numbers on this page are taken from the Tusla Early Years Register for Galway, February 2026, where they appear against different services. Neither has been confirmed with the setting, which is why no telephone number is asserted in this page's structured data.
Have a look at
what we publish.
The approach, the practice and the research are all open. Take what is useful and ask about the rest.
