Educators, from Level 5 to doctoral degrees.
Sharon's answer to why families choose this place was about the people: very qualified, and really committed. Each profile says what that person is working on as well as what they are called.

What the regulations require.
These are the national minimums every Irish early years service works to. They are the floor rather than a description of our own staffing.
Every educator holds at least a Level 5 award in early learning and care. Room leaders hold Level 6.
One adult to every three children in full day care.
One adult to every five children.
One adult to every six children.
One adult to every eight children in full day care.
[VERIFY our actual ratios and qualifications with Sharon. Nothing about our own staffing goes on this page until she confirms it.]
Figures quoted are the national minimums set out in the 2016 early years regulations. [VERIFY these against the current regulations before launch.]
The work, in their own words.
The reason this site exists, in Sharon's brief, was to give the educators somewhere to publish and be proud of it.
